If your phone is no longer charging when you connect it to your charging cable, then you may need a replacement charging port. Before booking a charging port replacement, we suggest testing that your phone no longer charges with a different cable and wall adapter to eliminate this as the issue.

To perform a charging port replacement we will open your iPhone and replace the charging port with a brand new one. Before we start your repair we will check that your battery is working correctly – in some cases an iPhone not charging is actually a battery problem, not a charging port problem.

In most cases the answer is a resounding yes! Over 85% of our repairs are completed on the same day we receive your booking, so if you’d like your mobile phone repair or iPad repair done same-day, we will do our level best to make this happen.
If your booking is received late in the day, we may not always be able to reach you the same-day.
If your repair is urgent, and your allocated Repair Magician is not able to schedule your repair same-day, you can ask your Repair Magician or our Customer Service team to see if there is an alternative repairer in your area that can reach you sooner.
Payment is made after your repair is completed via credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) or cash. For card payments, payment is made directly to the Repair MAgician via our safe and secure mobile Eft-pos machine.
